Day 4 – Alzada to Belle Fourche

The kind folks at the Wolfskill Ranch in Hewlett, Wyoming gave us a ride to the top of a ridge so we could bike the 25 miles to Belle Fourche, South Dakota quickly to avoid rain. We failed. We ended up dodging 2 rain-producing clouds, but one got us.

Belle Fourche is a larger town (we passed Aladdin, Wyoming, which had a population of 15). We biked fast enough to have a wonderful lunch before walking around town.

One more day left! Evan’s neck will be thankful because he has been bending over to reach the handlebar that is attached to Mike’s much lower seat.
